Bodyweight
is an opportunity for a robust cardio/aerobic exercise on Saturday mornings. For 35 minutes, we will cover many of the major and minor muscle groups throughout your entire body using just your body weight plus a towel and/or books for a few of the muscle groups.
Class format will be the traditional 5 minute warm-up and usually 3 minute cool-down with ~27 minutes of bodyweight exercise.
